Do you cherish liberty?

If you look around you see memorials nearly everyplace. Chances are we never give many of them a second look. Maybe we should.

This picture is of the Wayne County Veterans Memorial. It is located in the Wooster City Cemetery. This memorial contains the names of Wayne County residents who were killed in action. It contains names from WWI, WWII, Korea and Vietnam.
Memorials are of little value of those who are left behind do not understand what they represent.

Perhaps the inscription on this memorial says it best… “To Cherish liberty one need only to remember how it was earned.”
